Some healthy recipes using Dr. Sebi's recommended ingredients

Berries Plus Smoothie
Blend berries like blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, elderberries and strawberries (avoid cranberry) together for a few seconds, adding a little agave syrup, maple syrup or date syrup for sweetness.
Seaweed jelly
(to be had for breakfast or between meals)
Wash the seaweed carefully, then add to pan with cinnamon stick and 500ml PH water.
Boil gently for 5 minutes then strain through a sieve. Collect the sea moss juice in a glass or plastic bottle, refrigerate for a few hours until chilled.
Use the jelly when required.
'Electrik' salad
Combine sliced cucumber and tomatoes with roughly chopped leafy vegetables, like rocket.
Add avocado for a buttery texture.
For dressing, use olive oil and lime juice.
Toss everything together and serve.
Green plus juice
Blend the following greens with a litre of water and date or agave syrup for sweetening:
Cucumber, kale of any type, avocado, thyme, parsley and coriander.

A suggested plan for intra-cellular cleansing

The following is a suggested plan for 40 days of fasting. Please note that if you are undergoing any medical treatment you should consult with a professional before implementing any type of diet into your routine.
From 9am to 12pm
Drink 3 glasses of pH water, plus seaweed jelly (check recipe above).
Snack on electrik fruits or seeds like papaya, dates, raw almonds, currants etc.

At 12 pm
Have the Green plus juice (check recipe above)

Between 1pm and 7pm
Drink 3 glasses of pH water.
Eat electrik fruits and nuts.
You can also have seaweed jelly in between.

7pm to evening meal
Quinoa is the main ingredient that needs to be included in your evening meal, along with seaweed. Some suggested meals are:
Steamed quinoa
Kale stew with coconut cream and seaweed
Sautéed mushrooms (avoid Japanese Shitake Mushrooms)
Recommended grains and spices
